She and I had a little chat last night. We talked about the conversations we had with other people. The exchange was good. We came to the topic of


“high sensitivity”


We were able to derive a lot of this from our relationship and I understood it from a different perspective. But the most important thing is: joy, relief, a sigh of relief. She also sees this future.

 

It is this hope that clears the fog. I feel encouraged by her.

 

Create a routine, go to the gym and meditate regularly. This will help you develop more mindfulness. Find your way back to yourself. What is your personality, who do you want to be? Write about your inner world in this emotion diary every day. And then I'm ready. I feel lighter, instead of falling I'm getting back up. The key to the "we" lies within each and every one of us. We're different, but that doesn't mean we can't be a team, that we won't be in a relationship anymore. She accepted and understood that it will probably be like this forever. However, we can complement each other.

 

In order for both to benefit from each other's strengths, you have to learn to understand each other's nature, their strengths and weaknesses.

 

I now feel this incredible urge to explore them like never before. It's different from the times before when I had already given up on us. I can feel the change in me. We continue to take a break, reducing contact as much as possible. But we both carry hope within us. This time will do us good and help us to see more clearly again.
